Biography

Tanner Holford - Albany, NY

Ever since I was old enough to hold a pencil, I've been drawing. Mixed with an upbringing of helping those in need, a mom who was a cake decorator, and my dad who was a computer programmer, you get a creative, compassionate, dedicated and organized designer, which gets focused into every aspect of my life.

I am a nerd at heart, enjoying strategic board games, escape rooms and crawling through digital dungeons with my friends and family. Most weekends I can be found at a local mini golf course with my wife and son, or my parent's house for Sunday dinner with the family.

I have been working in the professional world of graphic design for about 15 years, working on hundreds of brands, launches, pitches, and general company ventures. I like to get my hands dirty in the daily grind to keep my skills sharp, but can also lead a project discussion or keep a brainstorm on track. I consider myself a big office voice who loves to connect with my whole team and bring baked goods into the office. I can be a teammate or leader depending on the situation and try never to overstep my role. My management style is that of a monitor. I tend to feed my teams tactics and help ideate, that allow them to grow and develop their own style without feeling micromanaged.
